These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of edugaa (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access data that isn't yours, reverse-engineer it, or use it to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (Pro and Max) are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice.

AI-generated content

Courses, quizzes, and tutor responses are generated by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. The Service is an educational aid and is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Verify important information independently.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to process it and operate the Service on your behalf. You are responsible for having the right to upload any content you submit.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, edugaa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Changes & contact
